By playing on the Cencraft servers, utilizing the website and/or forums made available, and/or donating to the Cencraft franchise and its owners, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Age/Permission:
You are at least 18 years old, and/or have the direct permission of a parent or adult 18 years of age or more to play and/or donate.
Purchases:
All purchases made are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
No Services rendered by Cencraft are eligible for a refund. Pre-payments and account credit are ineligible to be refunded or transferred to alternate account(s) and/or person(s). By performing a "charge-back" or any other recollection of an agreed amount paid after receiving a package and/or confirmation that the balance has been received in the even that no item was purchased, the client of said donation explicitly agrees to pay a fine of no less than $200, in addition to repaying the original amount which was reclaimed, without the possibility of retaining or reinstating the in-game purchase made, within 30 days of the incident.
Adjustments by Cencraft:
Donation packages may be adjusted for any reason without warning, consent, or notification. Including but not limited to game leveling purposes, at the direct consent of the owners. Certain parts of a package may be removed from a abusing donor. Abuse is determined by the Admin team. This may or may not be announced. You will not receive a refund for the change in packages if it applies to a package you have purchased or are pending confirmation on.
Exchangement Terms:
In the unfortunate event that we close a server or remove a donation option, you will be granted the opportunity to select an item of equal or lesser value on another of our servers only if your purchase was made and confirmed within the 30 days prior to the termination of the server or option.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. This includes on our website and on our servers (without refund).
Your Works:
You grant us, the owners and staff, with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, and unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish any and all Content in connection with the Service.
Bans:
Bans are at the descretion of the Cencraft Staff and is ultimately the final say in the case.
If you are banned for violating any of the rules of the Cencraft servers, any and all donations / packages will be removed, without the possibility of refund.
Online Content Establishment:
You are allowed to post videos of the Cencraft servers for commercial use. We reserve the right to remove content we find problematic as determined by Cencraft Staff.
Miscellaneous:
All terms and conditions are in effect immediately and indefinitely the moment this contract is accepted, and will remain active after you quit, are banished, banned, removed, or if you leave the servers/forum in any way.
We are not responsible for any error or dis-functionality created, caused, or otherwise a result of any affiliated companies or persons, including but not limited to Buycraft, Mojang, plugin developers, other players, and/or yourself.
The Terms of Service and rules of play are subject to change at any time, without warning, consent, or notification. You agree to be self-informed concerning said rules and terms, and any that apply to the franchise.
Any breach or violation of these Terms will be presented to the client(s) in which they pertain, and in the event that legal action must be taken, will be done so to the fullest extent of the law.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please leave immediately, and quit playing on Cencraft.
